Delivery Information

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days with most orders delivered within 3-7 business days (depending on your State).

If any delays occur in dispatching your order due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you immediately. You may substitute products

or cancel such an order at any time prior to dispatch due to an unavailable product.

A flat freight charge of $11.00 incl GST is added in checkout. Orders over $300 incl GST are freight free (Sydney only).

A freight charge at cost will be applied for Intercity/Interstate orders. Orders over $ 500.00 are freight free otherwise.

All orders are fully insured against damage or loss in transit to guarantee your purchase arrives in good condition.

Returns and Refunds

All goods are carefully checked before being shipped. Should you find any goods faulty or damaged in transit, please report it as soon as possible

via the Customer Service 'Returns' link in the bottom section of this website for a refund or replacement.
